### How to make a return

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.  
3. Send it to the return address provided by our support team.  
4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

- Items must be unused and in original condition.  
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.  
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is defective.
